All sales are final on all new order, off-the-rack gowns, and accessories. No cancellations on already ordered gowns. No returns, exchanges, and refunds. No exceptions. No cancellations on new gown orders.

Accessories include the following: Veils, bra cups, headpieces, earrings, sashes, sweatshirts, petticoats, and all denim jackets.

For all online gown orders (Little White Dress) please review the terms listed below:

• Please choose your gown size wisely. We recommend to professionally take your measurements of your bust, waist, and hips and then compare your measurements with the designer size guide listed on the product page. If you need assistance with sizing, we would be happy to assist with sizing, but please keep in mind White Lace Bridal Couture can only recommend a size based on your measurements
  taken. White Lace Bridal Couture is not responsible for the size chosen.
• Alterations are not included in your gown purchase. Once your gown arrives, you will require alterations in order for your gown to fit you like a glove. If you live locally we can always recommend our team of professional seamstresses to work with. White Lace Bridal Couture is not responsible for any alterations made after gown purchase.
• For the online Little White Dress order, production can take up to 12 weeks from the time of when order is placed. It is very important to provide us at time of check out your accurate wedding date or event date. For rush orders, please contact our sales team at info@whitelacebridalcouture.com
• When your gown arrives, we will contact you immediately and provide you with the shipping info and tracking number.
